According to the rumors collected in recent days by German
newspapers, the season will have to resume with matches played without the
public and in the presence of no more than three hundred people accredited in
each stadium. Each player must also undergo weekly tests.
The Italian Serie A
is in a kind of limbo: several teams are pressuring the government to end the
season, but Sports Minister Vincenzo Spadafora has said several times that it
is still too early to make a decision (Italy
has been affected much harder than Germany
by the coronavirus). In France, Belgium and the Netherlands the 2019/20 season
of the main professional championship was declared ended early.
